Shipping:
When will my order be shipped! Your order will take 24 hrs to process, unless we notify you of any changes. Shipping times vary by State, we use USPS which provides tracking services, and we ship from Olympia, WA.
Cancellations:
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. Once item is shipped it cannot be canceled.
Care Instructions:
How do I care for my jewelry items? It is best to keep your jewelry items clean and dry, avoid water and lotions. No chemicals, dips or harsh cleaners
as they can dull your jewelry. Cover your sterling silver pieces with a felt
cloth when not being worn.
Our cabochon jewelry items can not be submerged in water.
